The front desk staff checked us in seamlessly. The last valet, John, made sure to ask how our experience was as we were leaving and that speaks volumes to the service there.
The entire valet staff was amazing - we were coming and going frequently and they were super fast and very nice. We were only a 4 minute walk to our show! The staff was extremely welcoming, starting with valet, as they who you meet first and greeted us. My husband I came into Baton Rouge for the weekend to catch a comedy show at Raising Canes River Center and stayed at Watermark, and we were over-the-top pleased with our entire experience.
